Citizen Advisory Committees
History
Community Planning Advisory Committee's or 'CPAC’s' were created to provide local citizens with an opportunity to interact with their neighbors on local land use issues that impact their surrounding environment and are a valuable tool for decision-makers in formulating policies, rules and ordinances for land use actions. After much success CPAC's were converted to Citizen Advisory Committee's (CAC's) by an Order of the Board of County Commissioners.
