- Mission (Purpose) - To advocate for, promote, and facilitate emergency preparedness and community resilience across Tillamook County.
The Tillamook County Citizens Corps Council (TC4) is a council of citizen volunteer groups, agencies, and organizations dedicated to supporting emergency preparedness, response, and recovery efforts throughout the county. TC4 strengthens community resilience by organizing county-wide events, promoting cooperation among volunteers and agencies, and engaging the public through outreach and education. By fostering partnerships and empowering individuals, TC4 helps residents prepare for emergencies, support their neighbors, and contribute to a safer, more connected Tillamook County.
