Community Rooms

The Tillamook Main Library has two community rooms and the Maxwell Library Park and Library Stage available for public use. Maxwell Library Park and Library Stage are located outside and the community rooms are located on the first floor. The Tillamook Main Library also has four smaller study rooms located on the second floor. The community rooms are perfect for large meetings and can be combined into one large room.  The community rooms and Maxwell Library Park and Library Stage must be reserved in advance. You will also need to fill out the community meeting space reservation form.  Please email the Tillamook Main Library at tcl-libcr@tillamookcounty.gov to reserve a community room or the library park. Please note, for Saturday reservations, the community room(s) are only available in two hour increments.

If a smaller room is needed, try reserving one of our private study rooms.  The Auvil room is the largest room and holds 10-12 people.  The study rooms can be reserved by any library user and are limited to three hours a day.  Sign up at the reference desk or call 503-842-4792 ext. 1701 to reserve your space.
