Hoopla E-books, Music and Movies

Tillamook County Library cardholders have access to Hoopla Digital which features thousands of streaming movies, television shows, audiobooks, eBooks, comics, and music.  There are two ways to borrow Hoopla Digital items: Hoopla Instant and Hoopla Flex. Hoopla Flex - signified by revolving arrows - allows you to check out titles marked Available. These eBooks and audiobooks are acquired by the library to complement the offerings available through Hoopla Instant - identified by a lightning bolt. Available Hoopla Flex titles and Hoopla Instant titles are available instantly without waiting on a hold list, and can be streamed on most web browsers or downloaded to the app for use on the go. The library offers 12 Hoopla Instant checkouts per month along with 8 Hoopla Flex checkouts to use at any time (if you ever run out of Hoopla Flex borrows, simply return one Flex title and select a new one) for a combined potential of at least 20 checkouts per month. 

The checkout period for Hoopla Digital items are:

• Movies and TV shows - 3 days
• Music albums - 7 days
• eBooks, audiobooks and comics - 21 days
