Library Cards are free for all Tillamook County residents and property owners.  You must apply for a library card in person and show proof of residency with a state issued ID, rental agreement or electric bill, or another proof of local address.  Your card entitles you to a wealth of information including books, DVD's, music CD's, audiobooks, and magazines from all seven Tillamook County Library Branches as well as the Newport and Driftwood (Lincoln City) Libraries.  You also get access to our online resources, including Library2Go (ebooks),  Hoopla (ebooks, audiobooks, comics, movies and more), and Mango Languages.  All users are also entitled to one hour of computer time per day on our public access computers.

If you do not reside in Tillamook County, you are always welcome to come into our library and read.  You may also request an hour of computer usage as a guest. If you are a patron of another Oregon library, you may be eligible for a basic services Passport Card. We also have Temporary Cards (90 day) available for $20, or an annual non-resident card for $50.
